How do I use the sinus rinse bottle?

Add one saline packet to the rinse bottle and fill with purified or distilled water to the 240mL line. Lean forward with your head slightly tilted down and your mouth open. Gently squeeze the bottle so the solution flows into one nostril and out the other. Use approximately half the solution per nostril, then repeat on the opposite side. For best results, use over a sink.

Can I use tap water with the saline packets?

We recommend using purified, distilled, or previously boiled and cooled water rather than tap water. Tap water may contain microorganisms that are safe to drink but not appropriate for nasal rinsing. Using the right water source is an important safety step for any nasal rinse system.

How often can I use this sinus rinse system?

This system is formulated for safe daily use. Many people find it helpful as part of a morning routine or during allergy season, periods of congestion, or exposure to dust and dry air.
