I have had great results with mouth tape but I struggled cause I like to regularly drink water right before going to sleep as well as when I first wake up and sometimes I'll even wake up in the middle of the night to drink water. These have been a lifesaver as the little ventilation hole is just the perfect size for me to get a straw in! I have not had any issues with residue sticking to my face. I would recommend putting a light moisturiser on before bed right before putting the mouth tape on as I image that helps

I’ve been using them for three months and they’re excellent. They always stay in place, and I can sleep comfortably. They do leave stickiness of the glue on my skin in the morning, but I can easily remove the residue with just a little baby oil, and that’s it.

It was not as advertised on the packaging. Mouth tape left residue on my face. It took several washing to final get all of it off my face. DO NOT PURCHASE

Tape is too sticky, really hard to take off, in one spot took some skin off. Just awful product.
